Custom Steel Manufacturing

You know what you need built — the dimensions, the function, the material — but you're not finding a shop that can take on the full scope and deliver a finished product.

Goldridge operates a 35,000 square foot facility equipped to handle custom manufacturing from the first drawing through to a finished, painted product. Design, fabrication, welding, sandblasting, painting, and finishing are all completed in-house, regardless of the industry or the project's scope.

In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

Design

Our SolidWorks-certified design team works with you to develop fabrication drawings. If you have blueprints, we work from them. If you're starting from scratch, we develop the design in-house.

Laser & Plasma Cutting

We have the equipment on site to offer precision cutting of steel components of varying complexity and thickness.

CNC Press Brake

Our CNC Press Brake equipment enables us to perform precise forming and bending of custom steel components.

CNC Milling & Turning

Goldridge offers machining for components that require tight tolerances and precise finishes.

Steel Roller

Rolling for curved and cylindrical steel components is possible with our steel roller equipment.

Welding

All welding is completed by Red Seal Journeyman Welders in our CWB-certified facility. Every weld meets a verified standard.

Sandblasting

Surface preparation on your customer equipment and components is completed in-house before finishing.

Painting

Your custom-manufactured equipment is finished in our dedicated spray booth. Your product leaves our facility protected and ready to use.

Plumbing: Hydraulic & Water

Hydraulic and water plumbing can be completed as part of a larger custom build.

Wiring

Wiring services can be completed as part of a larger custom manufacturing project.

Any Industry, Any Scale

Whether it's a one-off component for a specialized application or a larger multi-part build, the process is the same: design approval before fabrication begins, every step completed in-house, and finished product delivered to your timeline.

If you're not sure whether we can handle what you need, the fastest way to find out is to describe the project.
