CNC Laser & Beam Cutting

The quality of a cut determines the quality of everything that follows. Components that aren't cut to the right dimensions create problems at every subsequent stage, and the finished assembly doesn't come together the way it should. And that leads to rework, which is costly and pushes every other step back.

Goldridge Industries has CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, and beam cutting capabilities in-house to ensure every component is cut correctly the first time. Whether a project calls for precision flat plate cutting or profile cutting across a range of material thicknesses, the work happens in our facility.

Page Summary
  • Goldridge operates CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, and Python beam cutting in-house.
  • Cutting is available as part of a full project or as a standalone service.
  • Python beam cutter handles cutting, drilling, and scribing of structural profiles in one pass.
  • The right cutting process is selected based on material, thickness, and tolerance requirements.

Cutting Capabilities

CNC Laser Cutting

Laser cutting for steel components requiring precise, clean cuts across a range of profiles and thicknesses. Suited to detailed flat plate work and components where tight tolerances are critical to the downstream fabrication process.

Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting for steel components where material thickness or profile calls for it. A solution for heavier plates and structural materials where laser cutting isn't the right tool for the application.

Python Beam Cutting

Structural beam processing for steel construction and fabrication projects. The Python beam cutter processes structural profiles, including cutting, drilling, and scribing, in a single pass, reducing handling time and ensuring accurate, consistent beam work.

The Right Process for the Right Application

Laser, plasma, and beam cutting each serve a different purpose. The process selected for a given project depends on the material, thickness, profile, and required tolerances.

Having CNC laser, plasma, and beam cutting in-house means the right cutting process is used for each application, and the work doesn't have to be sent out because the shop is only equipped for one approach. Tolerances are controlled from the first step through to the finished product.
