OEM Partnerships

Bringing a product to market, or scaling an existing one, usually means managing multiple manufacturers. One shop handles the structural fabrication. Another does the machining. Someone else handles finishing. The result is a finished product that took longer, cost more and has varying quality.

Goldridge Industries handles the full scope of OEM manufacturing for you. Design, fabrication, sandblasting, painting, and delivery are all handled by Goldridge’s capable team. You hand off the project and receive a finished, consistent product ready to go to your end customer.

A Single Partner From Concept to Delivery

You have an existing product design.

You need a manufacturing partner who can build your equipment to spec, run after run, without variation. We take your drawings and manufacture them to your standard. Our CWB-certified shop and Red Seal Journeyman Welders mean the quality holds every time.

You have a concept, but not yet a finished design.

Our SolidWorks-certified design team works with you to develop fabrication drawings from your product idea. We refine the design, move it into production, and manage the process through to a finished product. No need to source a separate engineering team.

Consistency Is Seen in Every OEM Project

For OEM customers, a good first run means nothing if the second run doesn't match it. Your end customers expect the same product every time, and so do you.

Goldridge is built for repeatable production. Our shop operates to CWB-certified standards on every project. Our certified welders, advanced manufacturing equipment, and proven finishing process handle every run. When you need documentation to support your product quality, for a customer audit, a regulatory requirement, or your own records, we have it.

How an OEM Partnership Works at Goldridge

Step 1 — Scope the project

We start with a conversation about your product, volume requirements, and quality standards. If you have drawings, we will review them. If drawings aren’t set, we start there.

Step 2 — Design and approval

Our SolidWorks-certified team develops or refines your fabrication drawings. You review and approve before production begins. Nothing goes to the floor until the design is locked.

Step 3 — First production run

We manufacture your product to spec in our CWB-certified facility. You receive a finished product that’s fabricated, sandblasted, painted, and ready to ship to your customer.

Step 4 — Ongoing production

Once the standard is set, we maintain it. Repeat runs are built to the same specifications, by the same team, using the same process.
